A 1926 Whaler cottage lovingly renovated to give spacious open plan living with fantastic sea views of the Russell Bay and wharf. Tastefully decorated throughout with quality comfortable furniture. Polished wooden floors in all living areas. There is a large open fireplace in the lounge with plenty of firewood supplied for those romantic winter getaways. The lounge opens onto large sunny decks overlooking the bay.

The house has 3 bedrooms all carpeted. The main bedroom with bush views has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 singles and the third, which has a sea view and its own door onto the deck has a double bed. Feather pillows and duvets on all beds. A baby's cot and an extra fold away bed are available on request. All bed linen and towels are supplied. Laundry is taken care of on your departure.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, wall oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge /freezer. There is a separate laundry with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which has a bath with a shower over. The house is well stocked with books, toys and games for guest use, plus a large TV, video, gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. The telephone has a toll bar but is available for local calls and to receive incoming calls.
